The former happened to us last week, but we are pleased to bring you our previously scheduled episode all about the greatest Western movie of all time; The Good, The Bad & The Ugly!
This is of course Sophie's first time watching this epic, and also her first venture into the (Spaghetti) Western genre, which on its own makes for an interesting conversation on the film. Alongside her initial thoughts (or rather remembering what her points were from the first time recording), we also discuss topics such as horse-riding, looting graves and Red Dead Redemption!

Following a slight hiccup in the scheduling, this episode is covering another movie we're both experiencing for the first time, and it's the 1993 action-thriller Harrison Ford vehicle that is The Fugitive!
This episode also calls upon references to The Simpsons, as well as the one particular scene from Scrubs - hence why Paul finally wants to piece it all together to see how the storyline shapes up and in the end if it was worth pursuing!

Spider-man frenzy has returned once again with a new release from Sony Pictures Animation, so we took it upon ourselves to get out to the cinema and check out what could easily be a contender for movie of the year??
In this review we talk how the visuals compare from a 5 year gap, our cinema experience this time around, what it would be like being Spider-Man in our neck of the woods, comparisons to Space Jam: A New Legacy, and of course;

Summertime approaches, and it's time to go on a little holiday in a caravan... with a hint of violence along the way!
Not really of course - we're actually referring to the sightseers of Britain, as we're discussing Ben Wheatley's 2012 British black comedy, Sightseers!
As well as getting Sophie's thoughts on the film, we also talk pretentious golfers, regional accents of the UK, and a location featured we know close to home... or rather Paul's parents...

Goodbye 'Ani-May'! - but I'm sure it won't be long until you roll around again...
Incidentally, we though it would be nice to squeeze in another episode before the month is out, so we're giving you one that the RNG of UK rental disc service Cinema Paradiso provided us - Goodbye, Don Glees!
This is once again a film that neither of us have seen, and going by the golden visuals alone, we dive into what we made of this recently released anime that seems to have strong vibes of Stand By Me...?

As the month of 'Ani-May' draws to a close. we asked the Patreons to pick from two Mamoru Hosoda movies, and this one won by a landslide (although it is only technically two-thirds a Hosada film...)
Paul, as you may know, is a big fan of Pokémon - and Digimon is another favourite monster franchise he grew up with and still embraces to this day. So this episode has Sophie attempt to experience his childhood, and try to figure out what is going on in this 3 part American mash-up in Digimon: The Movie!
As part of the conversation, we talk about Angela Anaconda, what other movies famously featured the All Star song by Smash Mouth, and Paul tries his best to explain the differences/mechanics Digimon offers as Sophie makes A LOT of Pokémon comparisons!
